  • Cowbutt Crunchies Cosplay

    Cowbutt Crunchies Cosplay is an internationally acclaimed LGBTQ+ couple who specializes in couture cosplay, education, and incredible pop culture design. They are best known for their experimental mixed media builds and a wide mastery of techniques, with a client list that includes Riot Games, miHoYo, and Marvel. With over 20 years of experience, three published books, and hundreds of tutorials under their belts, their focus is on construction and teaching others the art of cosplay.

  • Vickie Bane

    Victoria Bane is a DFW based cosplayer with 22 years of experience creating costumes, foamsmithing and prop making with a specialty in wig styling! Always focused on improving and honing each new skill she learns, as well as improving upon old ideas, Victoria is eager to share the knowledge she’s picked up along her cosplay journey!

  • Ludus Cosplay

    Ludus Cosplay is a Cape Town based, full time fabricator and cosplayer with 13 years experience in the costume industry. He enjoys gaming, anime, movies, trading card games and anything geek related. Inbetween working on his own costumes and projects, he creates digital tutorials and educational content to help share knowledge to other artists on a global platform. He has won numerous Cosplay competitions, along with the title of Comic Con Africa Crown Champion in 2022 and the 2nd place winner in the Crown World Finals held in Chicago in 2023.

  • Kia Sangria

    Kia Sangria is a Bronx NYC-based cosplay and sewist who has been creating and crafting since 2012. Kia is passionate about the creation process of creating her dream cosplays and has even worked with brands such as Fabric Wholesale Direct to document her cosplay creations on their blog. When Kia isn't recording content for her online space she hosts in-person Sewing workshops in the Bronx.

Knovice Cosplay (Co-Founder)

Knovice (she/he/they) is a California-based performer and maker who loves to pull-back the curtain to share the secrets and joy of cosplay-performing. They’ve created resources for skits and performances as well as sewing tips and tricks, performance panels and workshops, and more! They’re so excited to bring the Challenge back for a third year and help encourage others to create more tutorials!

Lutavia Cosplay (Co-Founder)

Lutavia (they/them) is a mixed media cosplay educator and maker with a passion for storytelling and sharing cosplay journeys, from discoveries to pitfalls. They’ve made hundreds of tutorials and resources from build logs to interactive workshops for all levels of craft for the community as well as brands like Dharma Trading Co., CosplaySupplies, CosCom Cosplay Supplies, PLAID, Alumilite, and more. They’re thrilled to bring the Challenge back for its third year to encourage the art and conservation of cosplay tutorials!

Abbi Marie (Copywriting & Socials)

Abbi (she/her) is a jewelry artist, aerialist, and most notably in this case, a writer. She was brought onto the Cosplay Tutorial Challenge team to assist with writing social media posts and make sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. She is also the one responsible for puns in the posts, so you can bring your groans and grievances to her. If you’re seeking unusual adornment, quippy captions, and aerial escapades, she’s got you covered.

OmgItsBarri (Logo Design)
